sea chefs is an internationally leading partner for shipping companies and tour operators in the cruise industry, providing full-service hospitality management. We take on a wide range of services for our clients, which include hotel, gastronomy, SPA, and crew management on board ocean and river cruise ships in the premium, luxury, and expedition segments.

While around 16,000 crew members are deployed on cruise ships worldwide, we employ over 220 staff at our locations in Switzerland, Germany, Malta, France, and Cyprus. They are responsible for areas such as administration, crewing, operations, procurement, recruiting, and corporate management, ensuring smooth processes at all times.

A strong partnership exists between the sea chefs Group and the Schulte Group, which holds a 50% stake. Together, we are setting the course for sustainable growth, tapping into new markets, and continuously developing our portfolio for the benefit of our clients.
